Dispatching Your Order

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. We will be sure to notify you if there are any issues with dispatching your order.

Domestic and International Shipping

All items are shipped as trackable shipments with US Priority Post or UPS, all orders over $750 require signature on delivery.

Please be aware that you may be subject to delays or surcharges depending on the local laws and regulations in your country. We are not liable for any cost, delay or loss incurred due to local customs.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact us before returning any items. We will refund or replace orders that are faulty or incorrectly shipped. We cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or delay caused by the shipping carrier, unless due to an error on our behalf.
