3.75 Iso Band 41 Light


A comfortable, safe, and durable resistance band for anchored or self-anchored exercises – 82″ long loop of 3.75-inch wide elastic webbing. Resistance maxes out at 40 LBS. 41″ range of movement before a soft end that can be used for overcoming isometric holds. Recommended for self-anchored Zercher squats, deadlifts, and curls.
