3.75 Iso Band 32 Heavy
A comfortable, safe, and durable resistance band for anchored or self-anchored exercises – 64″ long loop of 3.75″ wide elastic webbing. Resistance maxes out at 80 LBS. 32″ range of movement before a soft end that can be used as a dynamic isometric hold. Recommended for self-anchored chest pressing and single-leg isometric pulling.
