3″ wide x 50″ loop (measured flat) of warp knit elastic webbing, with 15 – 45 Lbs of resistance

This band has a 7′ range of motion before coming to a soft end, unlike the sudden end range experienced with covered bands. This is safer for running and fall prevention drills. This tool can be used self-anchored, with an anchor point, or with a partner.
