3.75 Iso Band 50 Light
A comfortable, safe, and durable resistance band for anchored or self-anchored exercises. A 100″ long loop of 3.75″ wide elastic webbing. Resistance maxes out at 40 LBS with a 50″ range of motion before a “soft” end range that offers a dynamic overcoming isometric hold. Recommended for self-anchored overhead pressing, anchored rows, presses, rotation, etc.
